We appreciate your interest in employment at Westminster Academy! Our faculty and staff are committed to educating the whole person – spiritually, intellectually, emotionally, socially, and physically. As we teach and nurture students, we encourage a lifestyle of excellence in every pursuit and the use of every gift to God’s glory. In the same manner, we encourage excellence in our faculty and staff by providing a team-oriented approach, continual professional development, and a Christian work community.
We are currently seeking teachers for our Grammar School for the 2026-2027 academic year. Our school is a growing school (soon to be in a new facility) and committed to the classical model of education. We are looking for engaging teachers who love children, understand (or at least desire to learn about) classical education, and have a deep commitment to Jesus Christ as He is revealed in Holy Scripture. We desire to develop wise, virtuous ambassadors of Christ who proclaim the truth of the Gospel, restore the goodness of God’s creation, and bring beauty to a broken world. Our faculty culture is one of camaraderie and loving support. The students come from families who see Westminster Academy as a place for supporting their own values in raising their children in the Lord. We are looking for teachers in the following areas:
Full-Time 2nd Grade Teacher
Full-Time or Part-Time 4th Grade Teacher
Part-Time Drama, Music, PE, and Art Teachers
